🚀 Your Role
As our Product Owner, you’re the bridge between our clients and our development team. You’ll define the roadmap, prioritize features, and ensure we’re delivering the right value at the right time. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, consultants, developers, and report directly to our CTO and Board.
🧩 Key responsibilities:
- Define and manage the product vision and roadmap
- Translate customer and team feedback into actionable product features
- Own and prioritize the product backlog
- Ensure smooth onboarding and answer product-related customer questions
- Test and validate new features before release
- Maintain user documentation & support knowledge sharing
- Act as the voice of the customer in all product discussions
✅ What You Bring
- 2+ years in a product-facing, coordination, or support role
- You’re tech-savvy, structured, and proactive
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch & English (bonus: German or Spanish)
- Experience in SaaS, ERP, or clean tech = big plus
- You’re confident making decisions that span teams
- Based in the Netherlands (or open to relocating)
